Apostle Dr. Jaxton Parnell plays a vital role in our mission by leading worship services, offering spiritual guidance, and mentoring individuals on their faith journey.

He is a Pastor, visionary leader, ministry planter, mentor, and the Founder of Manna Empowerment Center in Memphis, Tennessee. A native of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Dr. Parnell graduated from Northside High School in 2006. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Michigan–Flint in 2009 and a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix in 2012.

In recognition of his dedication to ministry and leadership, Dr. Parnell received his Doctor of Divinity from LIFT Bible Crusade College and Seminary, Inc. (Ocean Springs, MS) on February 12, 2021.

Dr. Parnell is also the Founder of LIFE Fellowship and Rho Beta Rho Fraternity, Inc. Beyond ministry, he is a successful entrepreneur, owning and operating five thriving businesses across Tennessee, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.

He is married and the proud father of eight children, continuing to serve as a devoted husband, father, and spiritual leader who is passionate about empowering people and transforming communities through faith, service, and love.
