Apostle Dr. Jaxton Parnell plays a vital role in our mission, leading worship services, providing spiritual guidance, and mentoring individuals along their faith journeys.

He is a pastor, visionary leader, ministry planter, mentor, and the founder of Manna Empowerment Center in Memphis, Tennessee. A native of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Dr. Parnell graduated from Penn Foster in 2005. He later earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Michigan–Flint in 2009 and a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix in 2012.

Demonstrating a deep commitment to ministry and leadership, Dr. Parnell earned his Master of Divinity from Grand Canyon University in 2017 and his Doctor of Divinity from Liberty University in 2021.

Dr. Parnell is also the founder of LIFE Fellowship. Beyond ministry, he is an accomplished entrepreneur who owns and operates five thriving businesses throughout Tennessee, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.

He is married to Lady Monikee Parnell and is the proud father of 14 children. As a devoted husband, father, and spiritual leader, he remains passionate about empowering people and transforming communities through faith, service, and love.
